         As a top financial service institution in Switzerland and the world (hereinafter referred to as Party A), headquartered in Zurich, its business covers more than 50 countries around the world, and has more than 40000 employees. In 2016, Party A set up a wholly-owned company to provide IT system platform to different subsidiaries of the group. GD, as the customer's IT agent in China, handled the application for hosting machine room and telecommunication line, provided the design and construction of generic cabling in the data centers in Shanghai and Shenzhen, purchased all network equipment and application servers for customers, and provided the installation and basic configuration of all infrastructure equipment. At the same time, as the general project management, coordinate the customer's internal teams in Singapore, Hong Kong and India to promote the equipment and system configuration.

In 2016, a wholly-owned company was established to provide IT system platform to different subsidiaries of the Group;

From 2020, with the rapid development of business in China, Party A formally controls the joint venture securities company and begins to re-plan the network architecture and IT infrastructure of all subsidiaries in China

2016 newly established sole proprietorship company project

1.Before the customer established the company, GD, as the customer's IT agent in China, handled the application for the hosting machine room and telecommunication line on behalf of the customer

2.Provide design and construction of generic cabling in data centers in Shanghai and Shenzhen

3.Purchase all network equipment, firewalls, storage, application servers on behalf of customers, and provide the shelf and basic configuration of all infrastructure equipment

4.As the general project management, coordinate the customer's internal teams in Singapore, Hong Kong and India to promote various equipment and systems

2016 – now: O&M team outsourcing services

The customer outsourced the IT infrastructure team of the new wholly-owned company to GD：

GD provides up to different senior network, database, server management, project manager Deng and other personnel in Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen to support customers' daily office, data center and other infrastructure projects

2016 - present: telecommunication line service

Since 2016, GD, as a legal domestic telecommunication service agent, has been applying for different telecommunication special line services on behalf of customers.

In 2021, GD and the customer signed a new line contract, and GD provided 1G VPLS trunk lines to connect the customer's newly relocated Shanghai and Shenzhen computer rooms. At the same time, GD provides round-the-clock 7 * 24 bilingual line monitoring and after-sales service

2021 – Now: network equipment leasing
