As a German sports brand with a history of nearly one hundred years (hereinafter referred to as Party A), it is headquartered in Germany, has nearly 150 wholly-owned subsidiaries and joint ventures in the world, and has more than 10000 retail stores in China. In 2019, Party A's new Asia-Pacific and Greater China headquarters will be located in Shanghai. GD provides Party A with headquarters weak current integration, a total of more than 4000 network information points, 38 optical fibers, and more than 400 AP19 UPS environmental monitoring and distribution systems. In 2020, Party A will establish Suzhou Logistics Automatic Distribution Center with a building area of about 120000 square meters.
